On this video osman shows how to repair an air bubble in a kitchen vinyl sheet flooring using an injector to shoot glue and a small roller.

Put a piece of cloth on top of the fix and then put a board on top of that.
Use a stack of books to weight it down until it rebonds.
Stop the floor between a quarter inch and a half inch shy of the wall to allow for this natural expansion.

Wipe off any extra glue.
Vinyl develops bubbles when pockets of air form between the vinyl and the surface beneath it.
Press the needle completely through the vinyl to provide a means for trapped air to escape.
This is because the moist air from under the wooden subfloor rises in an upward direction and the sheet vinyl traps it and therefore causes the air bubbles to form beneath its surface.
Press the edges down.
As the vinyl cools it will retain its new flattened state.

How to fix large vinyl flooring bubbles.
For small bubbles an inch or less in diameter use a large needle to prick the bubble allowing the trapped air to escape.

Keep in mind that the following method only works for relatively small bubbles up to 6 diameter.
Scrape off any glue from the floor under the edge with the old bubble.
